Registration process
1. Individual Registration
To register for the congress, simply follow these steps:

Create your personal account and/or log in to your existing account (please note that as it is a new platform you will have to update/complete your profile).

Register for the congress by selecting the options that apply to you.

Confirmed your registration online via our secure payment system.
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your invoice and a personal QR code (also available in your account at any time). On the day of the congress, simply scan this QR code from your phone at the reception desk to print your badge on-site.
2. Group Registration – via e-Vouchers
To create a group registration, simply follow these steps:

Create your personal account and/or log in to your account (please note that as it is a new platform you will have to update/complete your profile).

Choose group registration by entering the exact information that should appear on the invoice.

Purchase non-nominative e-Vouchers.

Complete the payment either immediately via our secure online payment system or later via invoice confirmation(*).

Retrieve the e-Vouchers from your personal account in the corresponding section by clicking "View e-Vouchers."
(They will not be sent by email). -
Share each e-voucher code and the group name with the relevant participants.
Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive an email containing your invoice (also available in your account at any time).
You can track the activation(**) of these e-Vouchers at any time in your account by clicking "View e-Vouchers" in the corresponding section.
If you received an e-Voucher code, here are the steps to follow:

Create your personal account and/or log in to your account (please note that as it is a new platform you will have to update/complete your profile).

Click on Registration

Enter the code and group name in the "Activate my e-Voucher" section.
Once the code is activated, you will receive a confirmation email containing a personal QR code (also available in your account at any time). On the day of the congress, simply scan this QR code from your phone at the reception desk to print your badge on-site.
(*) In case of late payment, we reserve the right to deactivate the e-Vouchers associated with this registration.
(**) A cancelled registration may be transferred to another delegate at the same rate, free of charge, provided the change is made before January 15, 2026. Requests must be sent to c.martinez@vivactisbenelux.com Any unclaimed or incomplete e-Vouchers will be cancelled without refund.
