Cancellation Policy:

A refund for paid registrations, hotel rooms and congress dinner, will be made after the congress for any cancellation request sent at least 1 month prior to the congress, by September 20, 2024 latest. After that date, no refund will be possible. A 30 % administrative fee will be deducted from the credit note amount.
